Why do clients leave?
In the past I have published quotes from happy clients as a way
of persuading new potential clients of the value of my services.
Many other sites have been doing the same thing. So you may
well be very sceptical of the real worth of such recommendations.
Now I want to do better. So here is the record of all the
clients who have stopped doing business with me since January 2006.
These are their words, so judge accordingly. Where comments
are in Italics, I have not had the client feedback so have included
my own assessment.

Because of success! The increased enquiries made our

did not have the time to implement the advice Stephen gave
to me. We also reached a point where we could no longer take
any new client on. |

What made you first choose Web 4 Marketing? |
Initially we were referred to Stephen Orr by Dixon Jones at
Receptional Ltd.
They originally started a small internet marketing campaign
for us when we first set up our business but as they grew
they considered that our spend with them was not significant
enough (in their terms) and they suggested that we moved our
marketing to Stephen. |

Definitely…..Our business is in effect a capital intensive
business with high investment in equipment, hence our gross
profit margins are high. It therefore follows that only a
few internet marketing leads that resulted directly in sales
justified the fees. |

Our overall reflection on the service that we received was
that it was tailored extremely well to our own specific
needs. Stephen took an interest in understanding the
dynamics of our business so as to focus his efforts most
effectively in the right direction and even though we were
often too busy with running the business we always felt that
he was looking after our best interest in managing our
internet marketing. |

We are currently looking to downscale our business and hence
our marketing spend and with everything that we have learned
from Stephen over the last few years we feel that we can now
self manage our campaign once reduced……….we may still change
our minds and return…….. |

fault but still a key part of using this kind of marketing) |

Long term couldn’t see any ongoing value, monthly activity,
or changes to warrant £200.
On taking responsibility for Google I saw opportunities to
try different things and set-up a more accurate promotion
none of which was recommended. I now promote mugs Monday –
Friday only, and only between 0830 & 1730, avoiding small
clubs, people at home and foreign searches. |
