Integrated, multi-channel marketing

 'Integration' and 'multi-channel' are the latest marketing buzzwords.  This is a response to the hyping of the internet when many people seem to forget the proven results of traditional methods in their rush to the latest fad.

  Most successful internet sites belong to companies that are integrating their sites closely into the overall marketing strategy.  Customers demand the choice. They may check a site on the web and then phone with a query. They may  see a press advertisement and then order on-line.

I have therefore modified my strategy and the website to reflect this growing sophistication among marketers.
