Exceeding Customer Expectations - an Example
In my post this morning was a large A4 size thick envelope
hand-addressed to Web 4 Marketing.
I had no idea what it was; so opened it to find a large greeting
card saying 'Happy Anniversary Web 4 Marketing' with a picture of a
bottle of champagne.
Still mystified, but very intrigued, I opened the card. It was from
Ziptech Services
celebrating my 4th anniversary as a 'valued client'. It was
personally signed by every member of their staff.
This is from a specialist in IT services; so their use of
traditional snail mail was in itself a surprise. I have long
had great respect for this company but this was a reminder of their
existence that has prompted me to write this newsletter and
celebrate a client focus shown only by exceptional companies.
